I have been coming a long way from what I used to be. I have battled Anxiety pretty much all my life until a few years ago when I did Spiritual Forgiveness and forgave some people and connected with God a lot better. I also finally have the right prescription glasses and not afraid of the dark anymore either. My Anxiety has pretty much gone down the drain (for a good reason).

Great for you! Stress, anxiety and depression have landed me in the hospital in days past and I still deal with depression, but dealing with things causing the anxiety has helped a bit even with that.

A friend and I talked about that a bit last night. I do suffer on-going depression over one thing or another, but that does not mean I am not at peace with things just as they are. The troubled days were those when I did not understand why things are as they are...and now I have answers that satisfy.
