Today I had an interesting feeling. For the first time, I felt in control of my anxiety. I could hear the worry thoughts but I didn't want to run from them like I used to. I could hear my negative thoughts in my mind. But I was able to co-exist with them and not let them push me around.

It's almost like I was standing up to a bully. It felt great. And I hope I can keep this up.

Yay! That's amazing, it's really hard to practice controlling anxiety after letting it control you for so long.

I've built it up to a lifestyle where I do things I enjoy and things I know will help me calm down in order to keep my anxiety in check. It's a struggle and sometimes I do lose to it, but I don't stop.

Keep going!
