So, I feel that self-doubt is slowly fading away. I don't remember having any self-loathing thoughts today, yet it was a very stressful day (I went to the city - I hate crowded places). I even managed talking to someone at the bus stop, lol. I feel a bit stronger, and finally able to do more things that scare me

Yes congratulations on your progress...I love this weather cause we can cover up OH so MUCH....and still be out....Good for you and your friend
