At dinner tonight, I tipped over my bowl of soup (wild rice) spilling it on the table. I was angry. But I kept my cool & didn't spin off into a firestorm of self-hatred. One has to take one's successes where one finds them...

It could happen to anyone, Skeezyx. Sounds like you’re working hard at gaining control over yourself. So am I. It isnt easy. But I think it matters, inthe end.

Sometimes when something like this happens and I feel myself getting ready to lose it, I tell myself: I’ll get upset about it later, when I’m through cleaning it up.” Or something like that.

And yes, good for you for recognizing your success and giving yourself credit for it!
