Default Obsession or attachment issue?

I have someone I think about constantly. Is that obsession or attachment?

Bipolar 1 mixed manic severe with psychotic features,
Harm OCD
TRAZADONE 150 mg,
DEPAKOTE 500 mg AM / 1000 mg PM,
SEROQUEL 12.5-25 as needed, 50-100 mg PM,
LITHIUM 150 mg PM
N-acetylcysteine (NAC) 1200 AM and PM

Well... I guess I don't really know. But my thinking is it might be closer to an obsession than an attachment. Or perhaps it's more of a rumination or simply a stuck thought? I suppose, to some extent, it makes a difference if your thoughts about this person are fond thoughts or intrusive ones.
