Default Attachment/OCD

Okay ever since I was 11yrs old When I got my 1st Nintendo DS I wanted "Nintendo dogs" and after school my dad gave me the game in the car,I felt like the virtual dog was my actual pet and I loved playing the game, feeding playing competitions ect.. Then AFter that I bought a gerbil and googled everything to do with having a gerbil as a pet..If I like something I take it to extremes . Like building houses in The Sims 3,When I go out for a drive I look at peoples houses and go home to mimic the real house into gaming world. In The sims 3 you can build just about anything and I take screenshots and make it into a story. I love being obessed but I don't no the effects of being OCD and having attachment yet.

Do you have any compulsions? Like repetitive things you feel you have to do?

Also, it doesn't sound like the obsessions are bothering you. I think it becomes a problem if it's something you feel like you can't control and it bothers you.

Psh. That's not OCD. Maybe more akin to OCPD, but who cares? I mod Fallout 4 and Skyrim all the time to the tune of 200+ plugins and 300+ mods. In Fallout 4, it's all about the Settlement building. I mean, seriously: Rudy's Red Rocket and Garage didn't build itself (though having Big Iron--the crane--certainly helped). Sounds more like you need to find a Sims modding group for people who support your passion and creativity.
