Lightbulb Avoidant attachment disorder and art therapy?

Just curious if anyone has tried art therapy? I read a moving piece on the forum the other day that featured an awesome sounding art therapist who seemed to go above and beyond for the author. Obviously they’re all different, but I had come across an art therapist’s profile while browsing and while I’m not sure art therapy is for me, I do feel kind of drawn to her (not contacted anyone yet). Reading the article made me wonder if it was a sign lol.
I’d like to hear from others in my position about what kind of therapy you have found helpful, art or otherwise.
