As I'm clicking the link I'm thinking 'shock collar' then I read the words 'the device delivers a low-level electrical pulse' and I had to lol. I'm not sure how electrical stimulation of facial nerves is going to help but if it does then I'd be interested in getting one. What exactly is the theoretical basis for this treatment? Upon first inspection I can't say that I a satisfied that this isn't some kind of hi-tech snake oil. Time will tell.
