I have a few questions about what i may need to do about my problem.

I am 35, male, thyroid issues and autoimmune illnesses and fibro are common in my family. I have almost constant itching on the side of my face, sister said depression, i don't know about that. I am not taking any medication, just Vit-D Supplements.

For as long as i can remember whenever i try to learn something new and get into the advanced stuff, i just cant concentrate on the advanced math, i stress myself to try and make myself lean it, but it literally hurts my head when i do it. i get angry and my fidgeting increases exponentially. i even have to escape the area i was and try to relax elsewhere, it makes me want to scream to release the stress, the more it comes the more i want to move and scream. Every time i try to get past a certain level with my hobbies, whatever they be, my brain just sais no and makes me get super pissed because of the feelings of tense anger in my whole head and neck and torso. I don't know what it is and i would love some help.
