Hello ! I wish you all be blessed, healthy, and happy everyday !
Recently by change i've found out that myself having ADD / ADHD well not pretty sure though since i've just taken the test in this site and reading some articles about this problem then i;ve found out that the symptoms written in there matches with mine. It surprised me but also makes me rejoice since i've found out the cause then it's time to look for the solution. the first came to my mind is psyciatrist and the second was books. I've scrolled through Playbooks and found Kate Kelly and Peggy Ramundo's book titled "You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy ?!". I've downloaded teh free sample and am now considering to buy it. So is there anyone who could clear up my mind for this case ? or is there any other book which worth reading related to ADD / ADHD ? Thank you for your help Sincerly, Loner54 |
