Hi I am new here and looking for some insight into menopause and ADD. I have depression and anxiety as well. I am currently on Vyvance cymbalta clonasipam when needed. I have been off work for over a year and none of the antidepressants seem to be working. Does anyone know if lack of hormones could be the cause of this.?
Thank you

I do not know if hormones for sure play into it but I experience some things when I get my period. I am in perimenopause and sometimes I feel that at that time of the month my adderall is useless.

I'm not in menopause yet, but hormones probably do play a part. Menopause really exacerbated my mom's mental illness. Can you talk to your psychiatrist or gynecologist?
