I need help, ideas and suggestions. My son is around 30 years old. He has pretty much lived with family most of these years. Has one failed marriage. Has no problem getting a job but either can't keep jobs or chooses to quit. Both have occurred many times. He is a compulsive liar. That all said, he is a kind, loving and helpful son.
He currently lives with me and my second wife. This is the third time he has come to live with us. Each time there are promises to get a job, be responsible, go to church and work toward getting his own place. And each time he starts out great then finds something wrong with his job. Needs money for gas. And my wife can not deal with it anymore. I have to find a win win solution for all of us. I love my boy. But all of us have tried to help him get a leg up and nothing seems to take. I don't want him to feel unloved or unwanted, but he must find a way to make it on his own. I would appreciate any help, suggestions. Thank you. |
