I think you should have a sleep study.

I realized that there's medication to suppress REM sleep but I need a looooooooooooooooot of REM sleep so my heart beats properly because the medication that suppresses REM sleep causes heart arrhythmias...

I have such crazy dreams every night. I'm thinking of writing them down. I constantly dream for 12 hours every night and never wake up in the middle of the night..

I think my sleep test would just show 12 hours of delta waves lol..

If anything changes, I'll get a sleep test. I should have gotten one a LONG time ago. When I was 17.

So, you're telling that medication at some point started being a part of disease?

Idk. I doubt things that I'm 100% sure of all the time
