I think I have ADHD/ADD but my doctor won't admit it. Everytime I take medication I'm fine and when I don't I'm a nut job.

Welcome to Psych Central, lordkush. I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to Psych Central. You mentioned taking medications. So perhaps the Psychiatric Medications forum, here on PC, may also be of interest to you. Here's a link:
https://psychcentralforums.com/psychiatric-medications/ You wrote that you think you may have ADHD. So here are links to 2 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on that subject: ADHD in Adults Treatment for ADHD in Adults I hope you find PC to be of benefit. __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go." One helpful thing with the doctors is to keep a mood tracker such as an app on your phone as well as journal entries regularly or as regularly as possible. Considering of course they only see you for a small snapshot of time and not everyone remembers every little detail of how they felt or what they did it makes the job complicated since they essentially are looking for enough markers to make it clear one way or the other. Worst thing in my opinion anyone can do is make up their mind about what they must have and continually spout it to the doctor without minimal amounts of proof which of course is hard to suddenly have in the midst of a short appointment.

Have you taken any questionnaires or surveys about adhd? Specifically the conners scale?
