Since lockown is in effect in my entire country, I cannot visit my psychiatric. So I am asking you guys this. Do I have Combined Type ADHD?

My Experience
********************
  • I tend to forget things. Things that happened quite recently in the past. Like agreeing to be somewhere and missing the appointment.
  • I have been taking medication daily for hypertension and now depression for almost 8 years, but the habit of taking my medication never formed. I just forget that I have to take my medication.
  • When someone is talking to me, I tend to start thinking about random things. Even if the conversation is interesting to me, I still "zone out" although considerably less.
  • When I am driving in heavy traffic, I feel like I need to scream at the driver in front of me to "DRIVE FASTER YOU DONKEY POOP"
  • I cannot sit still unless I am on my computer doing something. Otherwise I sway my body slightly back and forth or shake my leg or play with my pen

I'm sorry you are experiencing these problems. Where I live people are seeing their mental health professionals via such services as Skype or Zoom or some other similar on-line service. I take it this is not an option for you? We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses. Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't suggest anything with regard to whether or not what you are experiencing could be diagnosed as Combined Type ADHD. Perhaps other PC members will yet have some thoughts on the subject they can share though. Best wishes...
