long story but I was browsing stuff online and stumbled on an article about this and suddenly thought maybe this is my issue.

That is my original thread explaining why I was thinking this.... so anyone, could it be APD or am I just really low esteemed and odd or something?

Your link wont open....for me anyway.

Online stuff, yeah, I wouldn't read too much into that.
I always cringe at video's that depict us and those "health professionals" who supposedly giving a YouTube summary of AvPD are basically reading something that could apply to any Anxiety based disorder or issue.
