i simply avoid some places out of fear of being treated bad by people such being judged or criticized. Some people are simply mean, and me being too kind doesn't help. I just feel bad if i said a word that might hurt someone even though they've attacked me first verbally. I really need a job nowadays however i'm scared co workers aren't going to be kind, so i just never attempt to search for a job. I've always been ridiculed and bullied for my looks by a lot of people and that simply puts my confidence wayyy down. im just too afraid to stand up for myself. That's why im always alone and stay away from people because of the bad treatment and earlier experiences.

Begin interviewing potential employers by submitting your applications along with a simple note saying you are looking for a friendly working environment where gossip and bullying are not tolerated. Say nothing about being hyper-sensitive or having any kind of special needs, just present the simple facts: "Looking for a friendly working environment where gossip and bullying are not tolerated." Then if someone might ask what that is about, just explain that you do your best at being a team player rather than a workplace competitor. The employer you are looking for will understand.

It is easy to say that bullies are cowards. Many of them work on high positions and are even respected by people. There are many people who see bullies as strong.

Sometimes I eat "stupids"

I was bullied in school. Then I started taking karate. Unfortunately m the karate guy up and moved with no warning so couldn't take my test for the belt above the white belt. I decided around the age of 14 to begin kickboxing! It was fun but I really wanted these bullies to test me now.
About a week later they were picking on this girl who was very small and shy. She lived in a group home and after all of that . A bunch of bullies started in on her and I just punches on pretty hard and knocked her tooth out. All of other 8 girls/guys ran away.
You, my love are strong! You can do this! I PROMISE " !
Wish I could give 'em a good smack for ya!
DISCLAIMER..just in case..yes I know violence is wrong. But when you are in that kind of turmoil...I'm my experience ...violence shuts it down QUICK
Let me know if you need anything else PM away if needed.
Take care, Friend
