what do you think
does that do AvPD justice when describing it in as few words as possible to nons?

For me, I think it's not about other people being intrusive but more of a fear that I am no good enough, that I am less than other people.

this is me 100% but i have never been diagnosed.
I always feel less than others like they are better than me it doesnt matter who they are i am timid and shy and so uncomfortable around them that i rather be by myself so that i dont act stupid or make a wrong move... I just read the traits of this disorder and really think it fits me and i cant get better if i dont know all of the things that are wrong with me. So i know no one can diagnose me here professionally but does this fit into what this disorder is all about?
thanks i appreciate any feedback anyone can give me i am very new here.

I don't know, I think I've actually got some pretty awesome people around me.

Then again, I know it won't last and when it ends, my world will come crashing down.... So maybe you are right.
