I showered this morning (Saturday) when I got up. I always shower Tuesday and Thursday because those are the days I go to the gym. I tend to shower every other day.

Took a shower last night. Shampood, but didn't blow-dry my hair straight, so I'm clean, but frizzy.

showered today after breakfast and used the last of the shower stuff.
guess when I do my grocery shopping on wednesday, i'll have to add that to the list |

Kudos to all who took a shower today. I remember my loved one was not taking shower for 4 days when depressed. All he used to do is eat,lie in bed and surf FB on phone. I know it is hard but you can do it! lots of love to all here
