I made myself take a shower today! and washed my hair.
bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

I took a shower this evening. I should've showered this morning, but I was lazy. Now my hair is wet and I'm cold.

When I went manic I took 3 showers a day. Now that I’m depressed I only take 1... but it’s a huge accomplishment everyday because I don’t have any motivation to do anything. In the beginning of my depression I had to yell at myself in my head to get up and take one. Now it’s become routine.... it sucks because I used to love taking showers!!
