have a new T ... she seems like a good fit ....

abilify seems to be working ...

got stuff done today and took wife to breakfast .... both unheard of just last week ... had energy to sweep kitchen and dining room as well as porch ... replaced wipers on van ... replaced mirror on van ... cleaned up my room ...

the grandson and his parents are away ... so very quiet .... it is wonderful ....

of course things will go back as they were someday ... maybe even soon ....

but for right this second ... ( living in the moment ) ... it is truly wonderful ....

no noise ... no drama ... no pain ... just pure peace and quiet ...

Love to all ... Tigger .
