Even if i get 8 hours of sleep, I still feel tired all day long. I take 400 mg Lamitcal and 40 mg Latuda. I had to stop taking risperidone and buspar because they made me feel like a zombie all day. Do your psych meds also make you feel tired all damn day? I wondering if this is common for all psych drugs. To try and counter this, I basically drink caffeinated beverages all day long.

A lot of psych meds out there can make you feel exhausted, but I know from experience that 40mg of latuda made me sleepy as hell. Lamictal isn't sedating for me, but neither is latuda for some people.

I would be constantly exhausted and in bed all day if I weren't doing something to treat it. Fortunately, I am.

I had periods during my almost 14 years of bipolar treatment when I was lethargic most of the day, and others just the opposite. On my current mix, as long as I take them regularly, including my evening meds no later than 7 or 8 pm, I am just fine.

I am not quite the Energizer Bunny now at nearly 50 years old that I was when I was younger, but that's kinda understandable. I'm sure my Seroquel XR slows me down, but I don't really feel tired. I do get tired at night gradually, but I see that as understandable, too.

It took some time for my body to adjust to my Seroquel XR, but it did.

Lamictal never made me lethargic. It was activating for me. I'm only on 20 mg Latuda. It seemed to clear my thinking rather than cloud it.
