Everyone is so happy when they find this site! I wish I could talk at length about symptoms with my buds, although i gotta give it them, they do listen a lot too! Great mood on this site.

I see my pdoc on wednesday...have been diagnosed as borderline but after what has been happenining believe bipolar could overlap. Am so mixed up, hyper..cant sleep,mixed with swingsof depression. Don't know what to do...left to self medicate really with seroquel,antidepressants and antixytolics..(spelling)...eg xanax ,valium .Feel a mess,any help anywhere?
Roxyanne1...even mixed up as how to post this...want to self harm too.
