Yes and yes. Though there were many times I should have used it but didn’t.

Q. Regardless of how much you love him/her, do you struggle receiving affection and giving it to your significant other?

I'm single, but know I probably would if I was with someone

I struggle to for myself, and you know what they say... how can you begin to love others if you can't love yourself?.

I think that their's some truth in that..

question: how patient are you with others?

I am amazed sometimes at how patient I am! I save all my impatience and frustration for myself when I’m home alone. Like stub my toe on a door, well then I have to slam that door a couple of times cause ya know it was the doors fault!

Q. What age do you think you’ll live to?
What age would you like to live to? (Ya I cheated it’s a 2 parter unless your numbers the same for both!)

I'm surprised I'm still alive (what with my poor health and my many attempts)

maybe 31?. 32?. if I'm lucky?

sometimes I don't like to think about it- being a poor unfortunate soul living to the age of 50 is something I don't want... I'm not even 30 and feel so dead mentally.

what is your number one priority in your life right now

That's a very hard question I would have to say being stable is my number one priority.

If you could have any job in the world what would it be; health issues included?

Pimp. Or giggolo, if you feel unconfortable with pimp.

How many unfinished projects you have.

most of my creative writing peaces, most of my things I'm doing around the house, some music related stuff, stuff relating to trivia, too many to count.

any big success you want to share that happened this week?

I guess starting to push more aggressively to get help for my dad. It's been very stressful, though. Full help is still not happening, to my knowledge. I've had to step away for my own well-being and leave things to my brother and sister.

What strategies have you applied in the past, or recently, to calm stress, de-escalate mood elevation, and/or curb depression?

I read and read and read to the point I don’t even remember half of what I’ve read but it helps distract me from myself sometimes.

Q. What’s your favourite quality about yourself?

I have two...my compassion/empathy and my persistence.

Q. What is your favorite holiday and why?

I love the 4th of July!

I'd always wanted to get married that day. I did!
Figured many years down the road, as the passion wanes, I'd still see fireworks on our anniversary! haha!

Do you recall your first bicycle and do you still ride a bike, weather permitting?

I've never ridden an actual bike, but I vaguely recall owning an electric one when I was younger- never used it much though and I certainly don't use it now

question: do you have a store preffrence for where you'll get your groceries from, or does it not matter

We only have 3 choices. One is Walmart and that's where most stuff comes from. I like a discount store better but usually go there about once a month to stock up on certain things. The other place is expensive and I avoid it.

What is the last food you ate?

If you mean a few minutes ago (6:40 am), a spoonful of lower sugar peanut butter, a glass of lower sugar orange juice, and a couple sips of coffee with skim milk. As for dinner last night, two small baked crab cakes, a few thyme roasted fingerling potatoes, and cucumber tomato salad over mixed salad greens. I also ate a few small oatmeal snack balls for dessert with a cup of espresso.

What celebrity with bipolar disorder do you admire most? And why?

Well, she's passed away now, but I really admired Carrie Fisher because she was frank about it and how bipolar and life events affected her.

What is your favorite TV series (can be something from the past) and why?

downton abby

apart from the fact that I'd love to live in a house like downton (could you imagine?), and the fact it has maggie smith in it (who I love), it's just a super awesome story- and you learn so much about what it was like all those years ago

it's a love hate thing.. you either love downton, or you hate it- their's no in between

I was the only person in my family who liked downton when it was on, and I even answer to lady grantham because I love it so much (lady grantham was a character, and one of my favorites at that)

do you like movie soundtracks?. if so which one is your favorite?

Depends on the movie, I guess. I've always been a bit of theater fan, so musicals have been down my alley. Last two soundtracks I bought were for Greatest Showman and Purple Rain, which i didn't realize was an actual movie for a depressingly long time! Ha ha!

What is your favorite time of year (season wise) and why?

My favorite time of year changes depending on where I live. When I lived in Connecticut, I liked summer. In Ohio and West Virginia, I liked spring. And now in Houston I like winter (because we don't really get cold weather and it's not too hot to go outside).

I enjoy Spring!
I love the weather, the flowers and trees budding, etc.
All signs of life!

Q: Which was the last movie you have seen and out of 5 stars, 5 being the best score, how many stars would you give the movie?
