I emailed three senators, cooked and baked a lot, did more exercise than usual, lost 1.5 lbs, signed up for an adult school class, helped people, attempted to train my parrot, did more dishes, didn't break anything, didn't interrupt my husband as much as usual, wrote a draft will, mostly filled out a Psychiatric Advance Directive, jotted down the name of an organization that offers volunteering...

What events do enjoy most? And why?

Family gatherings because I love being with my nieces.

Do you use mood trackers (paper and pencil, an app, online, whatever)?

PS sorry for posting on the wrong thread

I do not currently use a mood tracker.

Q. Is your pdoc also your therapist?

No but she does an hour plus of therapy along with my usual therapy. Rare I know.

Does sleep hygiene help you?

Some, but not much.

What's your favorite/most helpful diversion when life gets too stressful?

Curling up with my weighted blanket and hopefully a cat or 2.

Do you cry easily?

I never cry. I think the last time was 15 years ago.

Are you a morning person or a night owl?

I never sleep during the day, but I do take it easy at times. Perhaps too much.

Do you prefer when you remember night time dreams or you don't?
