Glad you didn't drink. Sleeping is much healthier. I'm so glad you've got good family support. I know having my mom next door keeping an eye on me while I go through this thing with my father makes me feel so much safer. If anything changes she'll notice and tell me to talk to my therapist. Much better than when I live in an isolated place.

Don't add alcohol to the mix of medications. Alcohol will negate the effects of the medications you are taking. Try to get in touch with your Mom or call your husband. Please stay safe. Call your Pdoc to help you
