Hi everyone!

So the past almost week I've been feeling very excited and happy (with no reason), sleeping less (around 5 hours, was sleeping almost 12hrs a night), loads of excitement around my future so I applied to three different college programs and I just know if I get in to these programs I'll do sooo well. I feel very smart and shiny (if that makes sense). I haven't been that overly active though so I don't know if it's mania or the start of mania/hypomania.

I'm currently on lithium, abilify maintena and clozapine.

Thoughts?? Thanks!

(BTW I see my doc this week.)

Could it be that you are excited about school. I know with me not all my up and down days are tied to my bipolar.

I agree with Guiness. It may be excitement about school. Is it reasonable to expect you have the time to complete all these classes. What are your usual symptoms of hypomania? Does it look at all like that? Your meds seem solid, but breakthrough symptoms can arise.
