Whether it is worth the time, energy, money, and impact on your family probably depends on what “punished and tortured” means. It’s not really clear what they did to you, outside of claiming you used your phone too much, and criticizing your work.

My experience with workplace discrimination is that it is death by a thousand blows and it is very hard to pick a list of a few things that they did that were clearly discriminatory and violated the law. I am pretty pessimistic by and large of getting lawyers involved. It's frustrating to look for work when you need a job and one doesn't come a long right away. I recently went through 4 months of job hunting with my son and have a lot of sympathy for your situation but am not at all optimistic that you will get any satisfaction through the legal route. I hope I am wrong.

Are you able to explain how and what they did to discriminate against you? I am not very clear on this.
