I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, sunnyvibes .sadhug: Dealing with anger is certainly not easy. I agree with what all the others have already wisely said better than I ever could. I'd suggest to buy a punching bag if you can. You would be able to vent your anger and frustration that way. I also agree about trying yoga if you can. I've heard it has been really helpful to some people. All the other suggestions, such as doing some exercise or listening to some classical music, are great suggestions as well! I hope you'll try to follow it. I'm sure you'll be able to get through this. Just try to do your best. That's all you can do after all. I'm so sorry you're going through all of this.
