Well my Birthday is over. I did see my family and went for a swim in the ocean. Spent the rest of the day alone but that was ok. I think I irritated my sore hip so I am going to take it easy today and hopefully get back to my recovery program tomorrow which is 30 minutes of exercise and some Physio exercises twice a day. I shouldn't of swam yesterday as I am only supposed to exercise every second day. I felt it was a birthday present. Stupid me.

My mood has been flat for a few days but not depressed. I am hoping it will lift again soon as I cannot afford another episode as once my hip is healed I am hoping to get back to work. The birds are chirping, well yelling. Do you have cockatoos in the US? They are very loud and come in huge flocks. Despite that I am happy to hear some nature outside.

Another good day. I went to my Buddhist meeting this afternoon, then I stopped by home depot and went to my sister's house with my purchase. I hung out there for a few hours with my nephews and niece which is always my favorite thing to do. Headed home and stopped at walmart for a few more items. So I was productive today. No complaints. Well, I really need to get on the ball about applying for jobs. I haven't been job hunting that much this week. I'm hoping I hear back from that interview I had the other day, but nothing is promised so I have to keep looking. This is so annoying.

Can't watch, read, listen, play or move. Fell off my third diet this year. Just can't diet while on APs. Starting my Seroquel taper today. No more APs!

I ended up getting sick throughout the day yesterday with chills and a sore throat, slept 12 hours last night and am feeling better though still a bit off today. I was scheduled to work from home today so that's good, as I would otherwise have called out. I had a rheumatologist appointment yesterday and they are running a bunch of labs and an x-ray of my lower back. I have symptoms that could match up with different autoimmune diseases, but I seem to check off a lot of the boxes for Lupus. Thing is a lot of this also began around the time I had Lyme disease so we'll see. I had these tests before and it all came back negative. Wishing everyone all the best.

Not where I live anyway, but I ran off straight away to look them up, lol (gotta love the internet). They sound pretty squawky! I can imagine a large flock would be.... interesting. Completely different bird, but around here probably the squawkiest bird would be a crow. They're pretty unpopular, but I like them. I think their roosting behavior is pretty interesting, and like watching them fly towards it in the evenings.

No real report. Things are alright. Did a tiny re-arrange in my room last night. Made my project area better.

Oh, and waking up after only a few hours. Woke up at 1:30 am today. Might have caught bits of intermittent sleep after that. Not sure though. Got up at 6. Might as well get on it, eh?

I got my tattoo! Itís the deathly hallows symbol and a quote. ďOf course itís happening inside your head, but why on earth should that mean it is not real?Ē That quote has always resonated with me because Iíve often thought Iím just making things up with my BP. But even though itís happening inside my head, it surely is real!

Iím going out to lunch today with my SIL and MIL. Something to do instead of sitting in the house all day! I also have a phone interview on Monday for one of the summer camps I applied to. It seems like an awesome camp. Itís an environmental camp on a huge farm, so they do things like go hiking and wade in the creek and stuff like that. Sounds awesome. I hope they like me. I would prefer to work with the older kids, but unfortunately they go on a four day camping trip and I wouldnít be able to do that with my son. Wouldnít have anyone to watch him for four days. RS could do it but he wouldnít be able to get him to camp on time. I dunno maybe I could work it out that he stays with my mom for that week. Iím not sure.

RS and I crunched some number last night and we can afford a place if we budget tightly the problem is his credit card debt. Heís got like 13,000 in debt. But we could make it work. Weíd just have to budget accordingly. We put in to view two houses. One of them may not have laundry on site so thatís a big fat NO. **** that I am not going to the laundromat ever again lol. That was some ********. But Iím really excited. I hope we can view the houses soon.

I went to PT today and realized how much stronger I am since my surgery six weeks ago. Iím still weaker than Iíd like to be but Iím stronger than I thought. The numbness and tingling is almost gone. Now I just have the foot drop to work on. Im so relieved.

I hope everyone has a nice day and a nice weekend!

I'm doing well. I walked this morning, then I went out with my mother. We bought lunch boxes. I ate chicken and rice with vegetables. I also drank tea. I am full now. I am happy.

Tomorrow I will go out with my brother if possible.

I am happy still.
