Since the clocks changed, I've been up and down with my moods. I also got a not so great work performance review. Nothing serious like I'm going to get fired, just some areas of improvement. And I'm a perfectionist so it stings really bad.
Then yesterday I slept almost all day. I had a full day planned with stuff with the kids and my husband since I had the day off. Eventually around 11am my husband got me awake enough to take my meds and eat some lunch.
Then I went back to sleep. Maybe 3 hours later I threw up everything I ate.
Today I've had a similar morning except I haven't gotten physically sick.

I haven't done any of my college work that is due by Monday and I have a long work day tomorrow.

I cant figure out if I'm sick or depressed. And my husband is super worried.

I have no words of wisdom but I wanted you to know I read your post and have often wondered the same thing. I would just keep an eye on it and if you’re not feeling better in a few days contact someone. If you still have the nausea and vomiting I would contacty GP.

I was back to normal after 2 days. My t thinks it was a combination of a 'down mood' after a short hypomanic period, and a bug. Thanks for reading, its always hard to tell if its physical or emotional. Especially when emotional causes physical.
