I think my limit is the same. I tried having a glass of tea the other day after two cups of coffee and the jitters were strong. I kept thinking loudly too almost like I was screaming at myself. Not fun.

I typically have none, but once in a great moon I'll have a black tea. I also used to use caffeine to trigger mania but I've learned to not do that anymore.

I drink probably 1-1.5 pots of coffee a day usually. Sometimes I'll have a cup of green tea or a soda in addition to that. Caffeine doesn't seem to have much of an effect on me.
