Ohhh boy this is going to be a doosey.

So, on March 25, I had to go to the hospital because I was freaking out and having a SEVERE manic episode where I was getting violently angry and needed to get immediate help. Since then, I have been taking my respirdone every night like I’m suppose to and it kinda seems to be helping.

I’m still super stressed, my work has been crazy (the whole building) with not being able to really work and paychecks getting messed up.

My boyfriend is in the hospital currently and that’s put me into a depressive state. I cry every night when I leave him and I haven’t really been eating. He’s getting better, so that’s good, but he’s still not home at night.

I have a work accommodation due to being triggered (PTSD) at work that allows me to miss days without losing my job if it’s related to mental health.

I have an appointment with primary care on the 26th of this month to start the process of getting in to see a mental health provider. I’m going to have them update my diagnosises because I do know that there is 1-2 things that need to be added to my diagnosis.

This is ONLY the second week in April and I’m ready to throw the whole month away!

Inpatient stays can really throw us around. Be kind and patient with yourself. Give yourself time and things should improve over the next month. Can you get an earlier psychiatrist appointment? It sounds like you need some support right now. Any family or friends that can support you in any way? Take care.

I didn’t go inpatient, I went to the emergency room. Im waiting for the mental health clinic to call me to schedule an appointment, but I don’t know if I’ll get it before the 26th. My boyfriend is in the hospital right now so that’s part of what’s bringing me down is not having him around. And all my friends and main family live states away.
