So I found a psychologist that is right down the road from me. I'm going to call her Monday morning at 9 am. She's a PHD hopefully she takes my insurance still.

ED is back... well I guess it never left but since the Dr took may safe foods away yesterday I'm ****ed. I almost cried shopping. My husband says this isn't a forever thing but two months with no safe foods are going to be hell.

That sucks. I'm a varied food eater and would find that restrictive.

I'm thinking of asking for IOP. I don't think I'm unwell enough. I've never called them outside session. I need to talk to a professional but 17 days is a ways away.

I think IOP is a great idea. Having support while trying to get back on meds can only be good and the interaction with therapists would be good fr you as well.

I think you need to stop trying to judge how sick you are and let the professionals figure that out. If you try IOP and don't qualify they'll tell you so trying is the way to go.

Monday morning I'm calling the new T place, then a dietitian, then my T. I'm going to try to get in the week of the 26th. There's just so much going on. Is it bad that part of the reason I'm thinking IOP is to get away from my husband? Then figure out if he's gaslighting.

What exactly do you believe your husband is trying to convince you of? Based on your posts, IOP sounds like a good idea. Some time away might do you some good. You definitely need to be able to make your own assessment of yourself.

What exactly do you believe your husband is trying to convince you of? He's treating me condescendingly that I'm much sicker then I really am, blaming .ME for his mistrust (he's not sleeping because I don't). It's the way he says things not what he says. He doesn't outright lie but goes right to the edge. The sucky thing is he's a great people person so I look like the crazy one. He purposely does things that make me rely on him.

ETA: I was just informed he is becoming hypomanic. This explains a lot. My feelings of him saying and doing things that are off to make me question my sanity.

We each have therapists we can see BUT they can only see us every 2-4 weeks based on their schedule. It usually closer to every 4 weeks. His next appointment with her is the 6th. He really likes his therapist so he's unwilling to change companies to see someone more often. I'm going to ask if he can make several appointments at a time so hopefully he is seen more.

Knowing it wasn't my crazy overthinking his behavior as being uncalled for is a relief.

So I'm doing better and I'm not withdrawn like I was with the zyprexa. Food-wise sucks, I'm not really getting better but I still have 4.5 wks on meds. I'm putting all Miguel's school stuff together so that he can apply in July to Universities. I've also decided to start a class in digital coloring it's online but it's a start. There's no way for me to monetize it later but it gets me started. My husband feels better.

Labs came back ALL my vitamins are deficient. My white blood cells are up and hemoglobin down. She wants a CT scan and I see her again in 2 weeks. I'm on massive iron and still the gastritis stuff. She fears internal bleeding. If I do not get my diet under control in 6 weeks I will be put on a massive multi-vitamin.

She wants me on 650 mg a day of iron. I don't take a multi vitamin. It's just more pills and I suck at taking pills. I don't eat red meat. I only eat a (1) boneless skinless chicken tender a day.

What about gummy vitamins, I think they make some adult versions? Even if you had to take more to meet the requirement at least it's not another pill. That's really the only way I can take multivitamins. Those things make me feel sick.

We asked about gummy or chewable and she told me I'd have to take 20, yes 20 a day for the same thing she's giving me. I would do that but I son't have that kind of money.

Yikes 20? Yeah that's a lot and they can be expensive. I hope that you are able to find something that works for you and improve your vitamin levels and with it your health.
