I think I had seen some people mention it in the past and am curious about other's experiences. I don't have one specific traumatic event to work on so I question how it would help, but my therapist said it can be useful when we don't know the cause of our anxiety, too. She also casually mentioned hypnotherapy, but I don't think I want to do that. Even though I trust my therapist the idea of it just makes me uncomfortable.

I've experienced multiple traumas and EMDR has changed my life. I can function without all the horror of myPTSD. I highly recommend it.
