Since starting Seroquel up again I've felt tired at times in the afternoon- to the point of "crashing"- just HAVING to sleep! Today, I took a long "regular" nap- 2 hours; didn't set an alarm- and now I feel overslept. Its my usual bedtime yet Im awake. Ugh. Why did I do that? Now I may be up late.

Most pdocs and T’s recommend never taking a nap. It’s better to get up and move around to push past the “ I want/need a nap so regular bedtime and sleep doesn’t suffer.
