anyone else here use apps to journal or keep track of moods and daily bipolar mental health? currently I use 3.
I use: eMoods daylio moodpaths. and I also journal in a composition notebook. but that isn't an app lol. anyone have any suggestions for any other apps that you all use? maybe something better? or should I just use pen and paper? __________________ "Do or Do Not. I use my blog to keep track of how things are going. My case manager and pdoc have each asked to see it at times to see where I have been lately.

I also use FitBit Charge watch that records my sleep automatically and fairly accurately.
