I showered.
I made supper for my family and a guest.
I took the dog for a walk.

I showered, did dishes, and cleaned the kitchen. I also kept up with cleaning up after two adorable but as-yet-un-housebroken puppies.

Bumping back up Positive things I've done today (contribute yours)

Cleaned out fridge, dishes, swept floors. Picked up new prescription, took husband some lunch since he works this weekend. More than I usually do for a whole weekend lol

Got out of bed when I really, really didn't want to. Kitty care, dishes, had a bath, I even put on some make up. Returned an unopened bag of litter and picked up more cat food and a different litter. Completed the online grocery order for the week. I even dug out last year's income tax assessment in order to fill out a proof that I'm poor as dirt form, so that my electric company will send me a box of energy saving stuff.

I forced getting out of bed to take my morning meds, washed my face, put some dirty dishes on to soak. Vacuumed the floor in two rooms and jumped on here to spread the word, today I'm alive and I'm glad you are too.

Back in bed now.

Hugs.

I vacuumed upstairs, finished my husband’s t-shirt for Fathers Day, started laundry and swept the front part of the main level. May vacuum the rest of the house and take a shower before our daughter and her boyfriend arrive.

I bought him a candy bar bouquet yesterday so he’ll be set with chocolate for a while.

Took my meds last night and went to sleep even though I didn't want to. Today so far I washed the dishes and took a nice walk

I took my Dad out for a Fathers’ Day breakfast, cleaned off the outside table and brought out some chairs for it.

Spring cleaned my parrot's cage, stand, and will clean the flooring under the cage. Other housework and meal prep. I'll definitely need a shower after all of this.

I cleaned my kitchen and did the dishes this morning and then we spent the afternoon on the lake. I played games with my kids, my husband and my dad. I cooked a nice filet mignon dinner for Father's Day and then served strawberry shortcake for dessert. It has been a great day.

Wrote an email to the vet with concerns and questions about my kitty.

I skipped my usually Monday laundry blitz, my back and shoulder were too sore. I made cookies (just a half batch) instead. I think my mental health needed to do something different from the norm, and something just fun and just because. And now I have cookies.

I did the essential housework, put something in the slow cooker for dinner. I had a long bath, washed my hair, and put clean sheets on the bed.

I helped clean the Guinea pig cages and cleaned my turtle`s tank and did a bit of cleaning. All this felt like a gigantic task. I really had to push myself today.

I got out of bed today. I made coffee for me and my wife. I fed the dogs. I went to work. I finished all outstanding tasks at work. I had lunch, which is good as I don't have an appetite. I started being active on this site.

I did a few loads of laundry and the dishes. I took my oldest to camp and played games with my youngest. We made banana bread too. I bought mulch for the yard and installed it. I did my exercise video for the day. I'm worn out now and I'm relaxing while my kids are resting and then it is back to finding ways to keep the summer fun for all before I make dinner.

Showered, did not exercise half as much as I started out intending, took cat stool sample to vet (truly disgusting), dropped off box of stuff for Goodwill, fixing to see the T.
