Last summer I was underweight and everyone was begging me to gain. So I started to eat more and now this summer I’m a lot heavier and have no control. While I’m eating something all I’m thinking about is what’s the next thing I’m gonna eat. Did I trade one eating disorder for another? I hate being overweight. Help.

Yes, you can "trade" eating disorders. Meal/snack planning and alarms will help. Small amounts of very flavorful food may help. Do you have the option of seeing a nutritionist? Have you talked to your Dr or therapist?

Yes I’ve talked to the pdoc. I beg him for vyvance but he refuses. I was okay till I went on Zoloft. It was supposed to help the binges but it just gave me a huge appetite. I’m weaning myself off that.

Are you weaning yourself off with his help or alone ??

I hope it’s with .... I hate to see you backslide into the depths of hell you finally got out of.

Be smart and safe
