We are more than our disorder. What are your BEST qualities?

Almost always when we're depressed, we think of ourselves in a very negative light. And sometimes, people think of us as "lesser" than them because we have mental health issues. However, we are more than just our disorder. So, I'd like to ask... what are your BEST qualities? e.g., "kind", "caring", "selfless", etc.

I pretty much never hold grudges. And even the very very few I may still have, I am actively working to end. I don't believe in the concept of evil. I have never become completely hopeless. I love to laugh. When I love, I love forever.

I have the ability to give a lot without much in return. I'm an excellent strategist. I hold a lot of hope and gratitude. I love fiercely. I fight hard for those who have been abused by those in power.

I have a lot of empathy, I feel things very deeply. I have a really good sense of humor and love to laugh, I'm fairly creative with writing, music (violin) and art. Also very organized

I am a good listener and like to think, a lot of the time, others come before myself (I have a lot to deal with, but not so much I can't help others)

I can also make a joke about absolutely anything and make people laugh (but also know when it's time to be deadly serious)

Me? Ask me when I am manic and I will give you a list

On a more serious note, I am trustworthy and I see the value in people. Might sound odd, considering I enjoy being alone and don’t have many friends- but at work I am a manager and I like to see the positive in each of my co-workers and I do hire people with challenges as well.
I am a nice person, I can be funny and charming.

I am a human being. We all have value. Sometimes we need help to see that. In our darkest moments it’s easy to forget.

I am loyal, devoted, trustworthy, fair, empathic, giving, supportive, compassionate, kind-hearted, interested (I listen), and... I don't know what else?

These are a part of my core Being: they do not change with mood.
