I thought something like that was going on when I was psychotic. I was wrong though and learned that's what my brain tells me when I'm sick.

Can't say I have.
What's the fourth dimension? Can you describe it? |

It's like three dimensions, but with another added to it? idk how to explain it. You know how two dimensions thinks three is impossible because they can't discover or comprehend the z-axis? There's another axis that is just simply weird to experience.

If it's really bothering you, you should talk to your therapist about it. She can help you figure out ways to cope with the weirdness/confusion that comes with it. Like, she can probably give you ideas for coping techniques so that you're not so bothered by it, because surely it must be overwhelming? |

That's good it's not dangerous.
I still think you should tell someone in real life about it, though, so that you're not dealing with this alone. I mean, I know it's cool *right now*, but I can imagine it'd get overwhelming and annoying at some point. Like, imagine if it happened all the time and it becomes difficult to tell the dimensions apart. So, maybe bring it up during group therapy? They might have ideas on what you can do to cope with it in case it gets bothersome, and maybe they've even experienced it themselves and know how to deal with it. Can't hurt anyways IMO. Worst thing they can say is, "nope, never experienced it." |

I COMPLETELY agree with what bluebicycle has already wisely said BETTER THAN I EVER COULD! I'd talk about it with a therapist if you can. Surely he'll be able to make you understand better what you're going through right now. Surely you have nothing to lose! Keep us updated if you wish. KEEP FIGHTING! I hope things are going ok with your Family and everything else at least. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH You, @spikes, Your Family, Your Friends and ALL Of Your Loved Ones! PLEASE KEEP FIGHTING AND KEEP ROCKING LIKE YOU'RE ALREADY WONDERFULLY DOING ALL AND ENTIRELY BY YOURSELF!
