goals all accomplished, I even did some pruning in the back yard and filled my pool with some water today. all I have to do is get my daughter later from work. more goals tomorrow!

I probably should have posted my goals this morning and then come back to say how I did with them. But oh well. I'll just post everything. lol.
My goals this morning: 1. Clean all the crap off the floors in my bedroom 2. Clean my kitchen 3. Clean the bathroom 4. Clean the living room I did #1 and #2, partially, because it's a lot more work than I realized. I had tons of empty boxes laying around on the floor and empty gatorade bottles stacked up on my counters. Then I had some miscellaneous recyclables, such as plastic bags, Amazon bubble envelopes, and shrink wrap from opened packages. I tore everything apart and broke down the boxes so that I could fit them all in plastic trash bags. I ended up with 3 full bags worth of sh_t! That's how much I had laying around! I still have clothes and stuff on the floor, though. I'm such a messy person. However, I'm going to leave them on the floor for now since I have to do laundry anyways, so they'll just stay there. lol. My goals for tomorrow will instead be: finish #1 and #2 (although #2 is almost finished). I also have to shred papers so that I don't have a mountain of papers just laying around. |

Good job Jedi and Bluebicycle! Bluebicycle I always find that whenever I start a cleaning project it turns out to be a bigger task than I expected. Getting started can be the hardest part, though!

My goal for today was getting the house ready for my daughter’s visit home tomorrow. Finished up about an hour ago.
A longer term goal is to get the piano tuned so I can get back to doing something I really enjoy. |

I did this meditation today YouTube. It was very relaxing. I have a long way to go with the meditation, but am finding just starting with 5 minutes is a good way to get into it. I can already catch how much chatter is going on in my head and yeah, this is definitely something I need to work on.
Everyone is inspiring me with their goals. I need to think of my weekend and next week goals in addition to continuing the meditation (and likely increasing to ten minutes next week). |

Skipped yesterday, but today I did my meditation and I think I'll do another 5 minute one to make up for yesterday. I can also see the benefit of doing a few 5 minute meditations per day. I am really trying to retrain my brain here, but it sure is chatty haha.
Other goals for this coming week are to run three times per week (really these are just short jogs) and to do my PT stretches 3 time per week or more, too. I also need to schedule and figure out some doctors and dentist appointments. So this upcoming week I am going to try to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist and dentist. |

I have gotten a lot done over the past 3 days. I did not think to post the goals here. Suffice to say, I am very pleased and need to keep it up! I am trying to rest today, as I am having a lot of dizziness, which I think is related to an increased Lamictal dose. I do not agree with the increase; however, my pdoc insists I give it an honest try.I am having difficulty walking from room to room due to the dizziness. I hope today is not a hint of days to come. I honestly cannot continue this, If it does not subside soon. I will have to drop the increase. Whew!
I have an important function to attend tomorrow. I will also have company tomorrow night into Tuesday. I hope i recover from the dizziness soon. Love to ALL! __________________ May we each fully claim the courage to live from our hearts, to allow Love, Faith and Hope to enLighten our paths. |

Thank you for your response. My pdoc knows. She insists I give this a try. I am not sure I can do it. I have tried before and had adverse effects. Time will tell. I definitely cannot do it tomorrow. I cannot miss the function. Much Love~

I'm not at my apartment right now, but I'm going to do some more cleanup when I get back today. I don't have any specific goals in mind because I *wanted* to put my shelving up and then put things on the shelving to organize things, but my shelving hasn't even been shipped yet. (Who knows when it'll get here at this point!) So, I'm just going to make organized piles on my floor in hopes that my shelving will come sometime within the next 10 years and then I can build the shelving and put stuff on it. After that, I can setup my new TV.
