Hi there I'm new to this forum and have no polar 2 diagnosis for about 10 years. Recently however my diagnosis was updated to mixed state, does anyone else have experience of this ?

yeah.

so when i was mixed i felt manic in regards to energy, but very dark thoughts.

what does urs feel like?

Welcome to the forum! I was told this is what I experienced on an SSRI. It was pretty terrible if I'm honest. I was very depressed, but also very agitated, irritable, and had racing thoughts. Not sure I otherwise experience it, though. I am sorry you experience this. How are you doing currently?

Mixed is hell on earth for me,

I’m rage-y angry at the universe,

Im sobbing because of mental pain.
