4 years ago, when I was 20, for suicidal thinking.
Was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and then as the years went on my diagnosis changed to what it is today |

I was 16 when I first saw a therapist who said "I can't help you" and left me to my own devices while I was in a severely psychotic state. I didn't see anyone else for another year because that psychotic state never ended. I was hearing voices, paranoid, and had disorganized thinking.
