I’m going to see my uncle in hospice here in a bit. It’s a three hour drive. This week has been so
Hard. I just wanna sleep __________________ Bipolar 1 w/psychotic features or schizoaffective bipolar type PTSD generalized anxiety OCD celexa, prazosin, Lybalvi and prn zyprexa and klonopin |

Now I just got word my pawpaw (moms dad) fell
While visiting my uncle in hospice and has to get Stitches I’m his head! I can’t handle all this __________________ Bipolar 1 w/psychotic features or schizoaffective bipolar type PTSD generalized anxiety OCD celexa, prazosin, Lybalvi and prn zyprexa and klonopin |

You have had a lot of stress.
Maybe do some breathing exercises and/or employ other coping skills? You might find bluebicycle's thread on "untwisting our thinking " helpful, too. It is something we could all use, especially when feeling overwhelmed. I hope your loved ones are comfortable. I hope life gets easier for you right away!

I’m sorry for your loss
I’m also glad he’s no longer stuffering he fought a long battle. Be kind to yourself and start counting days until you see Matt. Now would be a good time to journal , it’s helped you in the past. Hang in there my friend
