I’m going to see my uncle in hospice here in a bit. It’s a three hour drive. This week has been so

Hope it goes well. You are a good person for going to see your uncle. I know it must be a stressful transition for you and him. Keep your head up. It will get better.

Now I just got word my pawpaw (moms dad) fell

You have had a lot of stress.
Maybe do some breathing exercises and/or employ other coping skills? You might find bluebicycle's thread on "untwisting our thinking " helpful, too. It is something we could all use, especially when feeling overwhelmed. I hope your loved ones are comfortable.
