Yay!!!!!! I am so happy to hear you are finally turning the corner. I am also happy to know you were able to work the finances out. You handled all of this really well.

I am immensely grateful that my husband took care of a mess load of dishes, but especially the pots and pans that accumulated. All I have to do is put them away. That's much easier than trying to scrub that stuff with a latex glove on my right hand, struggling to avoid using my one finger. I did notice that he drank a half bottle of wine and a beer while doing them.

I'm grateful that today I have no appointments or other obligations. I will try to help hubby with his project, though.

I’m grateful for a good trip to the dentist (complete with hugs) on a beautiful, sunny, breezy fall day. I thoroughly enjoyed the weather.

I am grateful I decided to go ahead and make a dinner tonight that I initially didn't want to invest the time in. My husband really loves it though and it was nice for him to come home to a lovely smelling house after a long day at work and a long drive home. He works so hard and I'm glad when I'm able to treat him to something nice.

I am grateful for my friend and mentor I will be spending time with tonight. She was like a mother to me when my own mother wasn't a part of my life. She has offered my family continual love and support. She supported me professionally and allowed me to fly when others would have held me back due to my age. She's truly amazing and I am so blessed to have her in my life.

I am so grateful for the leftover food my Mum freezes for me to take home and eat when I struggle to cook. Mostly I am grateful for my Mum herself. She is my best friend, and the most beautiful human being I know.

I am grateful for my youngest son who just spent his last 15 minutes drawing a beautiful picture for me. He did it to help me feel better because I have a bad headache. It is working. Love is the best medicine!

I am very grateful for my Husband all the time. But ... he recently finished taking care of something that has been needed done for a very long time an emotional weight has lifted off my shoulders.

I have been dealing with this never ending Asthma for going on 8 weeks. Steve son and his girlfriend are coming up for the weekend and I was getting upset about the house,

I’ve only been do a basics of house cleaning while dealing with a constant shortness of breath. I mean my house to anyone’s eye would look just fine, to me it is no no no.

He tried to make me just sit down and do nothing but he gave up that silly thought. We worked most of the day, I had to take so many breaks tho

He steam cleaned all the carpet and rugs, scrubbed the showers and baths ( I had to go outside any cleaner chokes me scary like)

I have the last set of curtains in the wash. Tomorrow I just need his help putting them back up . I don’t trust myself on a ladder. I plan to make homemade egg rolls for dinner on Saturday, I want to pick up the stuff and go ahead and get the filling pre cooked tomorrow so I’ll just have to roll them up Saturday.
