I am grateful today for having gone to the post office to pick some boxes, so I can send stuff off and let it go. Getting the boxes was a step in a healthy direction.

I am grateful that I am feeling somewhat better today than yesterday after coming down with what appears to be a cold. I am grateful I am coping OK with it, making time to rest, and not making it worse by getting wound up about it.

I am grateful that I am in good health, and I still have a job. I am also grateful that I have a wacky dog that makes things interesting for me.

I am grateful for this "Gratitude Journal" thread!

This thread reminds me that there are things in my life to be grateful for, to appreciate them, and to try to make a habit of remembering or journaling about them.

My habit and tendency of being ungrateful or focusing my attention only on the negative really doesn't help me.

Fern, thanks so much for starting this thread and for keeping it going!

You are very welcome. I am grateful for your positive feedback and that this adds value to your life.

I really enjoy reading what others appreciate. It helps to widen my own perspective on how many wonderful things I have to be grateful for in my own life.

Today I am grateful for the cleaning I was able to accomplish and how well my little ones played together while I worked.

I am grateful for the beautiful weather.

I am grateful for tater tots. We rarely have them, but they are on the menu tonight and they make me feel like a 5 year old

I am grateful the meds for treating my asthma came in the mail. By mistake they sent a double batch. So I am grateful for their mistake. I am grateful for my nebulizer and this medication and being able to stay 100 per cent isolated to protect myself.
