I'm grateful for an online meditation class that I just finished. I learned a lot that can be helpful and to practice.
I, too, am grateful for nature. I have had a Japanese quince blooming outside my apt building for a couple of months. It is leafing out now and the leaves are covering some of the blossoms. Freshly, unfurled green leaves are something to be grateful for in addition to the blossoms. __________________ A virtual to all in a time of physical social distancing! The supermarket and the pharmacy where I get my meds are both less than a block from where I live.

I am grateful for a fun day with my family and beautiful weather. It is supposed to rain and storm tomorrow, so we're enjoying it while we can.
I'm also grateful for all of you. We are all so varied, but the quality of the hearts and spirits here is amazing! |

I believe I wrote this a while back, but want to repeat that I am extremely grateful for all of what my sister has been doing for my father. She is an amazing woman! She is doing things that neither my brother nor I can easily do. A while back, I told my father how important my sister has been helping him (and my brother and me) with so many things. I hope he listened. I will reiterate that to him when I see him next.
