I am grateful to have a job which I really enjoy! I also am grateful for my health and stability. I've been through hell and back but am thinking I made it to great place in life now. I am really thankful for what I have given the fact I had nothing a few years back and major instability. Life is a journey, not a destination. I will keep taking this path, hopefully remain stable, and at peace!

I am grateful to remember to be grateful. I tend to forget or to take things for granted rather than to be appreciative. At this moment, I am grateful for this thread that reminds me and also for this BP forum for a place to come to be reminded.

I am grateful for my mother. She has been a huge support to me lately and I really appreciate everything she did to comfort me and help me care for my children when I was having symptoms.
I am grateful to my husband. He felt a lot of fear when my symptoms returned, but he stood by me while I got help and found my way back to good again. |

I am grateful that I have remained mostly stable during a very stressful time. More stress is ahead. I need to plan for it in a healthy way.
