I went to a support group this evening, it’s one I regularly attended a couple of years ago and it turns out that one of the two therapists that lead it left and has been replaced with a therapist I used to see. So, I still knew both therapists and a lot of the members were from back when I used to attend. I did like that therapist, I stopped seeing her because it became evident that she wasn’t skilled in working with bipolar and I think I was just a bit much for her. So anyway, I felt right at home. It was a good release.
